The companion course to the 18-hole Destroyer Course at Navy Golf Seal Beach, the 9-Hole Cruiser is just 2,020 yards, but no less enjoyable. Rated just over four stars on Golf Pass, the course, which opened in 1966, was designed by famed golf course architect Ted Robinson Sr. The par-31 executive course has four par-4 holes and five par 3s with the longest hole being the 353-yard par 4 sixth. The par-3 holes range from 113 yards to 213 yards. The parkland layout features mature trees and average size greens protected by large bunkers. It's a great course for beginners, shorter hitters or any golfer looking to get in a quick round. For those looking to get in a little practice, Navy Golf Seal Beach also offers a driving range, short-game area and practice green. Guests of the Cruiser Course can also take lessons from the professional staff. A restaurant inside the clubhouse offers food and drink.
