Spring Lake Country Club was built & designed in 1960 by Bob Renault. The course is primarily flat, but there is an occasional hill that can cause uneven lies. The Bermuda grass greens are large, and the rye fairways are narrow. The signature hole is #9, a 351-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot over water to the green. There are other water hazards and numerous sand bunkers incorporated into the course design. Spring Lake is a semi-private golf facility.
