Visitor Center Hours & Location
The Visitor Center at Redstone Arsenal Gate 9 (located on Rideout Road, Huntsville, AL 35808) is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Please note that the Visitor Center is closed on federal holidays.
Obtaining a Recreational Pass
To access The Links at Redstone, all visitors over the age of 18 who do not already have authorized access to Redstone Arsenal will need to obtain a "Recreational Pass." This pass is valid for one year from the date of issue.
To get your pass, you will need to present either a REAL ID or a passport, along with a driver's license, to complete a simple background check. All occupants of your vehicle will need to have a pass over the age of 18 years old. Under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Estimated Processing Time & Gate Access
Obtaining your pass at the Visitor Center typically takes 10 to 30 minutes. After receiving your pass, allow an additional 15 minutes to get through Gate 8 (located at the corner of Patton Road and Drake Avenue) and reach the golf course.
