Water features and out of bounds (a really bad shot can hit an apartment building) present most of the trouble at One Club Golf Course. The first five holes all feature aquatic hazards, although to assist with playability and pace of play, golfers utilizing the forward tees won t face forced carries. One Club Golf has plenty of white sand bunkers. The greens are also challenging thanks to their slopes and undulations. Although One Club Golf Course is easy to walk, most players opt to take a cart because tee time reservations include the cart. Practice facilities are limited to a putting green and some netting where you can warm-up with your longer clubs. The clubhouse features a golf shop stocked with apparel and limited merchandise and a restaurant with seating indoors and out on the patio.
