Nestled in the hills and mountains on the Cumberland Plateau between Nashville and Knoxville, Cookeville enjoys a reputation as one of best small towns to visit in Tennessee. Belle Acres Golf Club, a 9-hole layout that dates back to 1930, has recently benefited from a renovation project and new management. About 25 miles out of town, RiverWatch Golf Club regularly earns Golf Advisor honors as one of Tennessee’s best courses and, better still, you can score Hot Deals, too.
