Golf Courses Near Westlake, OH

Located 12 miles west of downtown Cleveland, Westlake is a bedroom community with plenty of restaurants, pubs, parks and a museum or two. One of the main hubs of activity is Crocker Park, which offers dining, movie theaters and the Clague Playhouse for live entertainment. The Clague Museum showcases the history of Westlake, while nearby Lake Erie has a popular beach in the summertime. Golf is abundant in the area, too. One of the most popular places to get tee times is at Meadowood Golf Course, a municipal facility that offers 18 holes of executive golf, plus nine holes of regulation length. Hilliard Lakes Golf Club has a course that’s nearly 7,000 yards in length and also open to the public, while Cleveland and other nearby suburbs have dozens more courses open to the public.
