Golf Courses in Bastrop, TX

The city of Bastrop, now an Austin-area suburb located not far from Bergstrom International Airport, offers lots of food, a state park and even a golf resort. The city, which has a population of around 10,000 people, is known for its barbecue, Buc-ees and Bastrop State Park, which used to have a nine-hole golf course, now transformed into a recreation area. Plenty of golf still remains, though, starting with the Hyatt Lost Pines Resort, which boasts a championship level 18-hole golf course called Wofldancer, which was designed by Arthur Hills. Colovista, which has views of the Colorado River, has also been revived and provides locals and visitors alike with a scenic 18-hole course. And Pine Forest Golf Club is another 18-hole course that offers tee times to the public.
