Kangaroo Island lies off the mainland of South Australia, southwest of Adelaide, and boasts plenty of flora and fuana like sealions, koalas and, of course, the animal from which the island derives its name - the kangaroo. You might even spot one of two bounding across the fairway when you tee off at one of Kangaroo Island's many spectacular golf courses. Kangeroo Island is within easy distance of Adelaide and there's a regular ferry between the island and the mainland so you can take you car and clubs with you.
