Pedham Place Golf Centre - Championship Course
Pedham Place Golf Club is on free-draining chalk land that provides a links type feel to this inland golf course. The championship course at Pedham Place Golf Club was designed by John Fortune and features excellent drainage, making the course playable throughout all seasons. This unique layout offers a great challenge to golfers that will be different from other golf courses in the area. The course play firm and fast in the summer, with thick rough lining each side of the fairways. The greens at Pedham Place Golf Centre are small and firm. They are smooth and roll nicely. The greens are designed in typical links fashion and will reward shot that are landed near the front of the green. Pedham Place Golf Club is home to stunning views across Darneth Valley. The 16th hole is a 210-yard par 3 that plays uphill and usually plays into the wind. Shots landing short of the green will find their way back into the hazard, this hole will certainly challenge a golfer towards the end of their round. Pedham Place Golf Centre features a 40-bay floodlit driving range, practice bunker and putting greens to practice before your round.
