Ardee Golf Club is one of the best golf courses the northeast has to offer. The challenging layout sprawls across acres of scenic parkland dotted with mature trees and sparkling lakes. Originally established as a nine-hole course in 1911, the course did not become the full-length layout that exists today until more than 70 years later. The golf course features tree-lined fairways and water hazards on half of the holes. It is a formidable layout no matter what skill level. There are many notably difficult holes, but the par-3 13th is particularly tricky. It demands a carry of more than 200 yards in order to safely reach the green and it is is followed by a dogleg par-5 that is just as challenging. In addition to the golf course, Ardee has a practice area between to fifth and seventh holes with a turf driving range featuring multiple targets of various distanced and chipping and putting greens.
