Players can choose between three sets of tee markers: 4,256 yards from the forward tee box, 5,086 from the middle, and 5,354 from the back markers. Potter s Park Golf Course has old-style character with a mix of tree-lined uphill and downhill holes and straightaway and dogleg holes. Water enters the fray on five holes. The longer front nine is the tougher side. Most of the greens at Potter s Park Golf Course are small, round and fairly flat. While the playing field has only a few sand traps, the bunkers have recently been redone and they are situated in strategic locations. Many players opt to walk Potter s Park Golf Course, as the only challenge is a couple of steep hills. If you prefer to drive, the facility has a new fleet of carts.
