Originally opened and designed in 1969 by Edmund Ault & Associates, the course has gone through a semi-redesign by PGA General Manager Bill Friesing & PGA Head Professional Corey Henry. Every green has been redone with USGA Spec Champion Bermuda Grass. Several Lakes have been added that now stretch from the 9th fairway all the way across to the 18th green. The tee-to-green distances present a challenge to men, women and youth of all skill levels. Ranging from 4943 yards all the way up to 6547 yards! The Course Superintendent, Ed Miller & his staff are instrumental in maintaining the clubs reputation with the “truest” and “fastest” greens in South Florida!
