Located about midway between Philadelphia and New York City, Cranbury Golf Club is a popular 18-hole course that provides excellent value in West Windsor, New Jersey. Course architect Gary Rhenn laid out this classic, parkland-style course in 1964 and Stephen Kay did some redesign work in the 1990s. A couple of the par 3s feature forced carry shots over either water or, on no. 14, a ravine known as The Bog. During a 10-hole stretch in the middle of the?round you play all five of the par 5s. Since these long holes are somewhat short the longest tops out at 513 yards the par 5s present scoring opportunities. Cranbury Golf Club s greens, one of the strengths of the course, are small and undulating and defended by bunkers. A few of the greens and tees are close together, so stay alert for stray shots.
