Melton Valley is an excellent 18 hole, par 71, 5705 metre course, conveniently situated just a 30 minute drive from Melbourne CBD, on the Western Highway. The club has occupied its current site since 1932 and after major investment the course was completely rebuilt in 1987 and Melton Valley's new course was designed by Tony Cashmore. It is now recognised as one of the finest courses in Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs. The front 9 gives you an opportunity to set up a good score, however after the turn you need to play the Amen Corner with caution, as it has caused upset to even the very best in the past. The course is comprised of narrow fairways, undulating greens and water hazards, making it a fair but enjoyable test for all abilities of golfer. The course is fully watered all year round leaving it in excellent condition. Melton Valley also offers a fully stocked pro shop and has a range of equipment available for hire.
