Although the Castle at Hever dates back to the 13th century, the golf course is a little younger having been established in the 1920s. The Tudor-style clubhouse has the '19th Bar' and the 'Astor Lounge & Restaurant' both of which were opened in late 2011 after extensive refurbishment. The outside terrace can be enjoyed in the warmer months with views out over the golf course and Hever Castle Estate.
The Princes golf course was opened back in June 1998 and was designed by David Wood. Although not as long as the Championship Course it provides a good test of golf and is the perfect complement to it. Accuracy is the key, especially on the par 3, 3rd and 6th holes, both played across picturesque lakes.
