Established in 1884, Newbiggin Golf Club is an extremely challenging links / moorland course in the north east of England. With its seaside location, the course can become very challenging, particularly when the wind gets up! The clubhouse at Newbiggin was built in 1974 and is a must either before or after your round for a drink or a meal – a warm welcome is assured! With an experienced professional in Colin Ferguson, all your golfing needs can be met in the Pro Shop!
Measuring 6,516 yards from the white tees, Newbiggin Golf Club is a tough par 72 course. This links / moorland course offers a true test of golf with tight fairways, blind shots and some challenging greens which are always found in excellent condition. The first nine in particular offer great sea views and if the wind gets up, the course will prove a much sterner test of golf.
