      • How do I contact Customer Support?

        The phone number for Customer Service is (800) 767-3574.If calling from within the United Kingdom, the phone number is 0808 178 0335. If calling from within Ireland, the phone number is 00800 780 88888

      • Why don’t I get an email after I sign up?

        Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

      • Why am I required to create a username?

        We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username. You may update your username at any time within your account. Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GolfNow. Please review the following username requirements: 20 characters or less
        No spaces
        No invalid characters (i.e. &, #, %, *)
        No inappropriate language

      • Why was my username changed?

      • My emails are not being sent in the language I selected in my preferences – why?

        Email language preference changes can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. It is possible that you might still receive emails in the original language until this update occurs.

      • What is SSL?

        Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their customers`online transactions.

    • Tee Times
      • How far in advance are tee times available?

        Most tee times are available 14 to 30 days in advance. However, there may be times from some courses available up to 90 days in advance.

      • Did I get the tee time?

        After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Thank You page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please complete the Contact Us form.

      • Why do you offer tee times that end up not being available?

        The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

        Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time. In some instances, you may receive pending charges during the booking process. Your bank may place a "hold" on a set amount of funds for several days. If this occurs, please contact the issuing bank with questions.

      • Why was my username changed?

        We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username.       • Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

        When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

    • Transactions
      • Why is payment due in full for some and not for others?

        Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.

      • Can I book over the phone?

        If you would prefer booking a tee time by phone, just give us a call at 800-752-9020 8AM - 8PM (EST) 7 Days a Week.

      • My card is good, why won’t your system accept it?

        We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In the U.S. only, we also accept Discover. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.

      • What about sales tax?

        Most tee times do not include sales tax. However some courses do include Sales Tax in the price of the tee time. If Sales Tax is included you will see the Tax Included Icon on the specific tee time. You can also Click on any tee time, and check Tee Time Details, to determine if sales tax is included.

      • Are there any convenience fees charged for booking tee times?

        Most reservations made through the GolfNow website, app or call center include a convenience charge. This charge entitles GolfNow users to the benefits and protection that comes with our exclusive Worry-Free Tee Times™

      • Is the convenience fee refundable?

        Convenience fees may be refunded only if a golf course is closed due to weather conditions.

    • Cancellation Policy
      • Can I change my reservation?

        With GolfNow's Worry-Free Tee Times, you may change, modify or cancel your reservation online prior to your scheduled tee time without penalty*. You will receive a complete refund of your green fees, not including convenience fees.

        *Cancellation requests may be submitted online by visiting the "upcoming reservations" page. Your green fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

        *Please note, Worry-Free Tee Times are a benefit that comes with having a GolfNow account. If you booked your tee time using our guest checkout, your reservation does not qualify for our Worry-Free Tee Times protection and may be subject to charges. Log in or create a GolfNow account today to take advantage of Worry-Free Tee Times..

      • What is your weather policy?

        You may cancel at any time prior to your scheduled tee time with our Worry-Free Tee Times. If the course was closed due to weather or conditions rendered the course unplayable for any reason on the date of play and you were unable to cancel prior to your reservation, please contact our Golfer Care Team at 800-767-3574 to arrange any available refunds or promo code reimbursements (where applicable).

      • What are Worry-Free Tee Times?

        We know life happens and sometimes things come up. With GolfNow's Worry-Free Tee Times, all GolfNow accountholders can cancel their reservation online prior to their scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty*. Any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded, excluding convenience fees, and are not subject to course cancellation policies. Relax—we've got you covered.

        *Please note, to qualify for Worry-Free Tee Times you must have a GolfNow account and be logged in at the time of your reservation. If you booked your tee time using our guest checkout, you are not eligible for our Worry-Free Tee Times™ program and may be subject to charges.       • What is your No-Show Policy?

        Golf course policies vary. If you have cancelled your reservation online via the Upcoming Reservations page prior to your scheduled tee time, you will not be charged. However, if you do not cancel before the date and time of your reservation, this is considered a no-show and either GolfNow or the golf course may reserve the right to charge the full amount of the green fees.

      • What is the GolfNow Rewards program?

        GolfNow Rewards - Presented by Cleveland Golf/Srixon is the GolfNow loyalty program that rewards frequent golfers who make their golf reservations using GolfNow.com or GolfNow’s mobile app. Once a golfer books 10 reservations while logged into a GolfNow account and plays the rounds, they automatically become a GolfNow Rewards member and can earn additional perks and benefits in the form of discounted gear and even free golf. The more you play, the more you earn!

      • Who can participate in the GolfNow Rewards program?

        Any golfer located in the United States and Canada is eligible to earn benefits and perks through GolfNow Rewards - Presented by Cleveland Golf/Srixon. This program is based on your address provided in your customer account, so please make sure all your information is up-to-date by logging into your GolfNow account and updating your profile.

      • What are the benefits of the GolfNow Rewards program?

        The more golf you play, the faster you can earn the below benefits.

      • How do I become a GolfNow Rewards member?

        To become a GolfNow Rewards member, simply log into your GolfNow account, book your tee times at GolfNow.com or with our free GolfNow mobile app and go play! It's important to make sure your reservations are made while logged into your GolfNow account because any reservations made during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible toward earning rewards. Once you reach 10 qualified reservations, you'll automatically become a member of GolfNow Rewards. No need to sign up to be enrolled. To track your progress, log in to your GolfNow account and visit your "GolfNow Rewards" tab in the account area. From there, you can view earned promo codes along with their corresponding expiration dates.

      • What is a qualified reservation?

        A qualified reservation must be made while signed into a registered GolfNow account, must have a greens fee amount equal to or greater than $5.00 per player, and may contain 1-4 players and becomes valid after play date. Certain reservations awarded with promo codes or redeemed offline through Deal Caddy may not be eligible and reservations made during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Please note, as long as the original value of the greens fee is greater than or equal to $5.00 per player, any promo code applied will count as a qualified reservation. Reservations refunded or cancelled after the play date due to bad weather do not qualify towards GolfNow Rewards status.

      • How will I know when I’ve become a GolfNow Rewards member?

        Once a golfer reaches 10 qualified reservations and becomes a member of GolfNow Rewards, they will receive an email notification from GolfNow.

      • How do I redeem my GolfNow "Hot Deals" promo code?

        Your GolfNow promo code is valid for a one-time use on any of our "Hot Deals" tee times (those with an orange flame icon) for 90 days after the grant date. To see the exact expiration date, please log in to your GolfNow account and visit your GolfNow Rewards page. The promo code is case-sensitive and applicable when booking 1-4 players. During check-out, you will see a large promo code box. Simply enter the promo code, press APPLY and your total will be adjusted. Should you have any problems redeeming your code, please contact customer support 1-800-767-3574.

      • How do I redeem my Cleveland Golf/Srixon Reward Card?

        To redeem your Cleveland Golf/Srixon Reward Card, visit http://shop.srixon.com or http://shop.clevelandgolf.com, and select your merchandise. Apply your Reward Card and PIN exactly as they are featured located on the billing page during checkout. These reward cards are valid for one-time use and can only be redeemed on shipments to customers in the U.S. and Canada. Please allow extra time for shipments to Canada. To see the actual expiration date of your code, please log in to your GolfNow profile and visit your GolfNow Rewards tab. See below for full terms and conditions.

        No, all promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance.

      • Where can I find "Hot Deals" tee times to redeem my GolfNow promo code?

        Please select the city on GolfNow.com in which you would like to play. Browse all "Hot Deals" tee times either by clicking on the "Hot Deals" link or by simply browsing course to course and look for the orange flame icon under the tee time. "Hot Deals" update frequently, so check often for the most current available tee times.

      • I need help redeeming my GolfNow Rewards. Who should I contact?

        Should you have any problems redeeming a GolfNow Hot Deal promo code, please contact customer support 1-800-767-3574. For issues redeeming Cleveland Golf/Srixon reward cards, please contact 877-906-8815.

      • When can I start applying qualified reservations toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

        Any qualified reservations booked on or after Jan. 1, 2015 while logged into a valid GolfNow account will apply to GolfNow Rewards membership status after the applicable play date.

      • If I make a reservation in 2014 with a play date in 2015, will it count toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

        Yes, reservations booked in 2014, but played on or after Jan. 1, 2015, will be applied toward your GolfNow Rewards membership status in 2015.

      • If I make a reservation in 2015 with a play date in 2016, will it count toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

        It will count toward your GolfNow Rewards membership in 2016. Reservations become qualified and applicable toward GolfNow Rewards membership after the play date.

      • When will my qualified reservations be applied toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

        Qualified reservations only apply toward GolfNow Rewards membership status after the play date. Once you complete a qualified reservation, it will be reflected on your GolfNow profile page within 24 hours after your play date.

      • Can I accumulate qualified reservations over multiple years to apply toward GolfNow Rewards membership?

        No, all 10 qualified reservations must be played within the same calendar year to be applied toward your GolfNow Rewards membership for that year. Customers cannot accumulate qualified reservations over multiple years. At the end of the calendar year, all qualified reservations applied toward GolfNow Rewards membership for that year will expire.

      • Can customers combine GolfNow Rewards membership accounts?

        No, accounts cannot be combined.

      • Are promo codes granted by the GolfNow Rewards program transferable?

        No, all promo codes issued from our GolfNow Rewards program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.

      • Can I split my GolfNow Buy One Get One promo code into two single reservations?

        No, all promo codes must remain intact and we are unable to separate them or extend expiration dates. The GolfNow Buy One Get One promo code must be used on a "Hot Deals" tee time for a round of golf for two players and will discount one of the rounds in full. Promo code will only apply to 2-player reservations.

      • I've surpassed the 100 qualified reservation mark, what is next for me?

        Congratulations! Each calendar year the GolfNow Rewards program will reset, however, you may have the opportunity to win tournament tickets or other promotional offers.

      • How else can golfers earn rewards points?

        Sometimes, we’ll run specialized, limited-time, promotions that will award incremental rewards points for specific actions taken. Keep an eye-out for these promotions throughout the year!

      • How do I turn my rewards points into rewards promo codes?

        When golfers earn 100 rewards points, they will automatically receive a promo code good for $10 off a Hot Deal round. The promo code will be automatically issued to the golfer as soon as it is earned, and will be good for one (1) year from the issue date. GolfNow Rewards promo codes are case-sensitive and are one-time use only on Hot Deal tee times and convenience fees found at GolfNow.com or on the GolfNow mobile app. Maximum value is $10.00, and anything unused will be forfeited. GolfNow Rewards promo codes are eligible to be combined with other rewards promo codes to be used all at once. Golfers who are signed up to receive GolfNow emails will be sent an email with the promo code. Golfers will also be able to find their promo code on their GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade dashboard.

      • How do I redeem my GolfNow Rewards promo code?

        GolfNow Rewards promo codes are valid for a one-time use on any of our Hot Deal tee times (those with an orange flame icon) and convenience fees for up to one (1) year after the issue date.         On the GolfNow mobile app during check-out, click the Enter Promo Code Here box and you will see an area for you to enter your promo code. Press OK and your total will be adjusted.

      • Where can I find Hot Deals tee times to redeem my GolfNow Rewards promo code?

        On GolfNow.com select the city in which you would like to play. Browse all Hot Deals tee times either by clicking on the Hot Deals toggle or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

        On the GolfNow mobile app select the city in which you would like to play. Browse all Hot Deals tee times by clicking on the Refine button and the Hot Deals Only toggle or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.

        Hot Deals update frequently, so check back often for the most current available tee times.

      • Can I use multiple GolfNow Rewards promo codes together at once?

        GolfNow Rewards promo codes are stackable and available for use with other rewards promo codes all at once. Simply enter the promo codes you wish to use during checkout and they will discount from your total amount.

      • If I do not use my GolfNow Rewards promo code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

        No, all promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance forward.

      • I need help redeeming my GolfNow Rewards. Who should I contact?

      • Does $10 for 100 rewards points apply to all currencies where the program is good?

        Yes – the $10 rewards promo code for 100 rewards points for can be earned and applied in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. The rewards promo code will discount 10 from the currency of the country you are booking a round in, this includes $10 USD, $10 CAD, £10 GBP and €10 EUR.

      • I earned Rewards in 2015 but cannot locate them in my account. Where did they go?

        2015 rewards can be found by logging into your GolfNow account and visiting your GolfNow Rewards account page. You will see an expandable link on the dashboard that says 2015 Rewards Earned. Click on that link to find any rewards earned prior to 2016.
