Why don’t I get an email after I sign up?
Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.
Why am I required to create a username?
We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username. You may update your username at any time within your account. Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GolfNow. Please review the following username requirements: 20 characters or less
No invalid characters (i.e. &, #, %, *)
No inappropriate language
My emails are not being sent in the language I selected in my preferences – why?
Email language preference changes can take up to 24 hours to update in the system. It is possible that you might still receive emails in the original language until this update occurs.
What is SSL?
Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remain private. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their customers`online transactions.

How far in advance are tee times available?
Most tee times are available 14 to 30 days in advance. However, there may be times from some courses available up to 90 days in advance.
Did I get the tee time?
After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Thank You page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please complete the Contact Us form.
Why do you offer tee times that end up not being available?
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.
Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time. In some instances, you may receive pending charges during the booking process. Your bank may place a "hold" on a set amount of funds for several days. If this occurs, please contact the issuing bank with questions.
Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

Why is payment due in full for some and not for others?
Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.
Can I book over the phone?
If you would prefer booking a tee time by phone, just give us a call at 800-752-9020 8AM - 8PM (EST) 7 Days a Week.
My card is good, why won’t your system accept it?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In the U.S. only, we also accept Discover. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.
What about sales tax?
Most tee times do not include sales tax. However some courses do include Sales Tax in the price of the tee time. If Sales Tax is included you will see the Tax Included Icon on the specific tee time. You can also Click on any tee time, and check Tee Time Details, to determine if sales tax is included.
Are there any convenience fees charged for booking tee times?
Convenience fees are charged for many GolfNow transactions, but active GolfNow VIP members receive waived fees for all of their bookings.
Is the convenience fee refundable?
Convenience fees may be refunded only if a golf course is closed due to weather conditions.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?
GolfNow VIP members can change, modify or cancel their reservation prior to the scheduled tee time with our Worry-Free Tee Times™ program. VIPs will receive a complete refund of their green fees.
Cancellation must be submitted online by logging into your account and visiting your Upcoming Reservations page. Green fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
*Please note, Worry-Free Tee Times are a benefit that comes with being a GolfNow VIP member in good standing. If you booked your tee time using our guest checkout, your reservation does not qualify for our Worry-Free Tee Times protection and may be subject to charges.
What is your weather policy?
GolfNow VIPs may cancel at any time prior to your scheduled tee time with our Worry-Free Tee Times. If weather was an issue on the date of play but you were unable to cancel prior to the time of your reservation, please contact our GolfNow VIP representatives at 800-767-3574 to confirm cancellation with the course and arrange any available refunds or credits.
What are Worry-Free Tee Times?
Worry-Free Tee Times are an exclusive benefit offered to active GolfNow VIP members. GolfNow VIPs may cancel their reservation online prior to their scheduled tee time, for any reason, without penalty*. Any prepaid amounts will be fully refunded.

What is your No-Show Policy?
Golf course policies vary. If you have cancelled your reservation online via the Upcoming Reservations page or the Reservation Change Form prior to your scheduled tee time, you will not be charged. However, if you do not cancel before the date and time of your reservation, the golf course reserves the right to charge the full amount of the green fees.

What is the GolfNow Rewards program?
GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade is the GolfNow loyalty program for golfers who make their tee time reservations using GolfNow.com or GolfNow's mobile app. Once a golfer books their round while logged into a GolfNow account and plays the round, they automatically become a GolfNow Rewards member!
Who can participate in the GolfNow Rewards program?
Any golfer who books their round on GolfNow.com or with GolfNow's mobile app while logged into a GolfNow account is eligible to earn rewards through GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade. Booking through affiliate partners will not be eligible for rewards.
What are the benefits of the GolfNow Rewards program?
Golfers earn 10 rewards points for every round they book or 20 rewards points for each Hot Deal round they book. Once a golfer reaches 100 rewards points, they'll receive a promo code good for $10 off their next Hot Deal tee time and convenience fees. The more they play, the faster they will earn rewards to redeem for free or discounted rounds of golf!
For rounds to qualify toward rewards points a round must be booked while signed into a registered GolfNow account, must have a greens fee value equal to or greater than $5.00 per player and becomes valid after the play date. Rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. GolfNow rewards points earned are valid for one (1) year after the earned date.
GolfNow promo codes are case-sensitive, valid for one (1) year after the issue date, and are one-time use only on Hot Deal tee times and convenience fees found at GolfNow.com or on the GolfNow mobile app.

How do I become a GolfNow Rewards member?
To become a GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade member, simply log into your GolfNow account, book your rounds at GolfNow.com or with our free GolfNow mobile app and go play! There’s no need to sign up to be enrolled. It's important to make sure your rounds are booked while logged into your GolfNow account because any rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible toward earning rewards. To track your progress, log in to your GolfNow account and visit the "Rewards Dashboard" tab in the account area. From there, you can view your activity, earned points and rewards promo codes along with their corresponding expiration dates.
How will I know when I’ve become a GolfNow Rewards member?
Once you have created an account with GolfNow and booked a qualifying round, you are automatically enrolled in GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade. If you subscribed to GolfNow emails, you will then receive an email notification from GolfNow and updates on your Rewards status.
How do I earn rewards points?
Golfers earn 10 rewards points for every round they book and play, and earn 20 rewards points for every Hot Deal round they book and play. GolfNow rewards points earned are valid for one (1) year after the earned date.
How do rounds qualify toward rewards points?
For rounds to qualify toward rewards points a round must be booked while signed into a registered GolfNow account on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow mobile app, must have a greens fee value equal to or greater than $5.00 per player and becomes valid after the play date. Certain rounds booked with promo codes may not be eligible and rounds booked during Guest Checkout are not considered eligible. Please note, as long as the original value of the greens fee is greater than or equal to $5.00 per player, any promo code applied will count as a qualified round. Rounds that are refunded, cancelled or considered a no show after the play date do not qualify towards rewards points.
When will my rewards points be awarded?
Rewards points are awarded only after the play date. Once you complete a qualified round, it will be reflected on your GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade Dashboard within 24 hours after your scheduled tee time.
When will my rounds count toward my GolfNow rewards points?
Any qualified rounds booked on or after Jan. 1, 2016 while logged into a valid GolfNow account will be eligible for the GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade program, and rewards points will be awarded after the applicable play date.
How else can golfers earn rewards points?
Sometimes, we’ll run specialized, limited-time, promotions that will award incremental rewards points for specific actions taken. Keep an eye-out for these promotions throughout the year!
How do I turn my rewards points into rewards promo codes?
When golfers earn 100 rewards points, they will automatically receive a promo code good for $10 off a Hot Deal round. The promo code will be automatically issued to the golfer as soon as it is earned, and will be good for one (1) year from the issue date. GolfNow Rewards promo codes are case-sensitive and are one-time use only on Hot Deal tee times and convenience fees found at GolfNow.com or on the GolfNow mobile app. Maximum value is $10.00, and anything unused will be forfeited. GolfNow Rewards promo codes are eligible to be combined with other rewards promo codes to be used all at once. Golfers who are signed up to receive GolfNow emails will be sent an email with the promo code. Golfers will also be able to find their promo code on their GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade dashboard.
How do I redeem my GolfNow Rewards promo code?
GolfNow Rewards promo codes are valid for a one-time use on any of our Hot Deal tee times (those with an orange flame icon) and convenience fees for up to one (1) year after the issue date. Any unused balance will be forfeited. To see the exact expiration date, please log in to your GolfNow account and visit your GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade Dashboard. The promo code is case-sensitive and applicable when booking for 1-4 players.
On GolfNow.com during check-out, click the Apply Promo Code dropdown and you will see a large promo code box. Simply enter the promo code, press APPLY and your total will be adjusted.
On the GolfNow mobile app during check-out, click the Enter Promo Code Here box and you will see an area for you to enter your promo code. Press OK and your total will be adjusted.

Where can I find Hot Deals tee times to redeem my GolfNow Rewards promo code?
On GolfNow.com select the city in which you would like to play. Browse all Hot Deals tee times either by clicking on the Hot Deals toggle or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.
On the GolfNow mobile app select the city in which you would like to play. Browse all Hot Deals tee times by clicking on the Refine button and the Hot Deals Only toggle or by simply browsing a selected course and looking for the orange flame icon next to the tee time.
Hot Deals update frequently, so check back often for the most current available tee times.
Can I use multiple GolfNow Rewards promo codes together at once?
GolfNow Rewards promo codes are stackable and available for use with other rewards promo codes all at once. Simply enter the promo codes you wish to use during checkout and they will discount from your total amount.
If I do not use my GolfNow Rewards promo code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?
No, all promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance forward.

Are rewards promo codes granted by the GolfNow Rewards program transferable?
No, all promo codes issued from our GolfNow Rewards presented by TaylorMade program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
Can customers combine GolfNow Rewards accounts?
No, accounts cannot be combined.
Where is the GolfNow Rewards program good?
The program is good for all rounds booked on GolfNow.com or the GolfNow iOS and Android Apps while signed into a registered GolfNow account. The program is valid in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland.
Does $10 for 100 rewards points apply to all currencies where the program is good?
Yes – the $10 rewards promo code for 100 rewards points for can be earned and applied in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Ireland. The rewards promo code will discount 10 from the currency of the country you are booking a round in, this includes $10 USD, $10 CAD, £10 GBP and €10 EUR.
I earned Rewards in 2015 but cannot locate them in my account. Where did they go?
2015 rewards can be found by logging into your GolfNow account and visiting your GolfNow Rewards account page. You will see an expandable link on the dashboard that says 2015 Rewards Earned. Click on that link to find any rewards earned prior to 2016.

Can I reload my GolfNow Gift Card?
Unfortunately, we do not allow the GolfNow Gift Card to be reloaded at this time.

Is a service fee charged for unused balances on the GolfNow Gift Card?
There is no service fee for unused balances on the GolfNow Gift Card.
Does the gift card expire?
No, the GolfNow Gift Card you purchased or received is valid for purchases until all remaining funds have been depleted from the card.
Can I get a refund on a tee time that I purchased with my GolfNow Gift Card?
All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If your greens fees are due at the golf course, we will cancel your reservation only if the golf course gives us approval to do so. Tee times that are 100 % prepaid cannot be cancelled unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play. If you would like to request a change of date to your reservation, please complete the online Reservation Change form.
Can I return the GolfNow Gift Card that I purchased or received as a gift?
You can return the GolfNow Gift Card as long as you have the original email purchase receipt and no transactions have occurred on the card. Please contact our dedicated customer service team at 1-800-840-9020 for assistance.
Can I give my GolfNow Gift Card to someone else?
The GolfNow Gift Card is transferable as long as no transactions have taken place. Once the gift card has been partially or fully redeemed while a user is logged in to his or her GolfNow account, the funds are automatically linked to the GolfNow account on which it was used.
Can I purchase the GolfNow Gift Card for any value I choose?
The GolfNow Gift Card is available for purchase in any amount from $10 to $500 online at giftcard.golfnow.com.
Can the remaining balance on my gift card be redeemed for cash?
Except as required by applicable law, your GolfNow Gift Card is not redeemable for cash.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an e-gift card?
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, which includes the recipient’s name, your name, your personalized message and the gift card account number. The email also includes instructions for how to redeem online, through our mobile app, or over the phone.
When is the e-gift card sent to the recipient?
The e-gift card is sent on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date.
What if I believe my e-gift card was not received?
If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the e-gift card has not been received within a reasonable period after the requested delivery date, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email
- Email inbox is over size limit
- Invalid email address
If a spam filter is blocking firstname.lastname@example.org emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that email@example.com emails are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact 1-800-840-9020. Please be ready to supply your email address.
How do I know the recipient actually received the e-gift card I sent them?
You will receive an email message confirming delivery. You may also contact 1-800-840-9020 with the email address you used to complete your purchase, and we can tell you if your e-gift card was delivered successfully.
Can I purchase an e-gift card outside of the United States?
At this time, e-gift card purchases can be made only with a U.S. credit card, (with a U.S. billing address). E-gift cards can be sent to any email address, and can be redeemed for any eligible purchases made in U.S. currency.
What do I do if my e-gift card is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost or stolen gift card balances. Please protect your GolfNow Gift Card and treat it as you would cash.
