Golf Courses Near Ogden, UT

Located about 40 miles north of Salt Lake City, Ogden is a town known today for its great skiing and other outdoor recreational activities. But it also has an interesting history, at one time somewhat notorious through prohibition, but today thriving with its great downtown, restaurants, museums, and distilleries and breweries. Home to Weber State University, it’s also a pretty good college town. Museums include the historic Ogden Union Station, which celebrates the town’s railroad past. The arts and culture scene include festivals, outdoor and indoor concerts and art galleries. Ogden also has a nice golf scene with several private and public courses. Public facilities offering tees times include Mount Ogden Golf Course, a highly-rated municipal facility. Nearby Wolf Creek Resort in Eden is also an attractive option.
