Golf Courses Near West Chester, PA
Referred to by the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper as “one of the world’s most perfect small towns, West Chester is a beautiful and historic community with seemingly endless things to see and do. Located in Pennsylvania’s Brandywine Valley, the city of around 20,000 people has a historic courthouse, a half dozen museums, wineries, breweries, arboretums and gardens and the West Chester Railroad, where visitors can take a fun eight-mile train ride completely run by volunteers. West Chester also has plenty of trails, parks and opportunities for golfers. The public can get tee times at several courses, including the Rees Jones-designed Broad Run Golfer’s Club, which is semi-private. Downington Country Club next door. There are several private clubs in West Chester as well, including Hershey’s Mill Golf Club.
