Golf Courses Near Medford, OR
Located in southern Oregon, Medford is a city with a wealth of things to do and natural resources. It’s also known for its wines, as it was the first location to open a winery in the state. Medford is also famous for its Rogue River Blue Cheese, considered one of the best in the world. And the area is also famous for its Comice pears as the first place outside of France to produce this variety. The city of around 75,000 people is built on the Rogue River and Valley, which translates into great rafting, fishing and hiking trails around it. There’s a dormant volcano nearby, Roxy Ann Peak, and Crater Lake. The city has all kinds of festivals, art, theater and plenty of local restaurants and pubs.
