Golf Courses Near Oxford, MI

Located among the Detroit area’s most affluent suburbs, Oxford and Oxford Charter Township offer unique shops, restaurants and local arts and entertainment. It was once known as the gravel pit capital of the world, but those pits have long been filled, many with water, turning those into beautiful lakes for recreation. The area is also ripe for golf. One of the best courses to get public tee times is 27-hole Boulder Pointe Golf Course. The three layouts work around 15 lakes from the aforementioned former gravel pits. The course features great conditions and nice variety of holes. Another good public option in Oxford is Oxford Hills Golf & Country Club, a fairly open par-72 layout that works its way around a large lake. Other golf choices include Mulberry Hills, Devil’s Ridge and 27-hole Copper Hills Golf Club.
