Golf Courses Near Fishers, IN

A northeast suburb of Indianapolis, Fishers is a city with a rich history and modern vibe. With just under 100,000 residents, the community offers plenty of shopping, dining, education and recreational opportunities. It is home to Conner Prairie, one of the bete known living history museums in the United States. The museum showcases life during three different periods of the 19th century. There’s also the Geist Reservoir for fun on the water and the Nickel Plate District near downtown and the historic Fishers Train Station. This is where you’ll find an amphitheater for outdoor concerts, a brewery, boutique shopping and plenty of local restaurants. The local golf scene is pretty good, too, whether it’s Topgolf or getting a tee time at golf courses throughout the Fishers area. One of the most popular is the Ron Kern-designed River Glen Country Club, a semi-private club located on the White River, but there are dozens of other private and public options in the area as well.
