With its charming downtown, museums and great parks, Duluth is a town great for residents and visitors alike. Named one of the “Best Affordable Suburbs in America” by Bloomberg Businessweek Magazine, Duluth has festivals, nearby Lake Lanier and places like Town Green Park near city hall, where there’s plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues.
