Golf Courses in Ypsilanti, MI

Located on the Huron River just east of Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti is a city rich with history. Originally an Indian camp and burial site, it would later become French trading post, followed by stage lines, railroads and post-secondary education, namely, Eastern Michigan University. Today, the original home of Domino’s Pizza and birthplace of the famed Tucker automobile is ripe with a large historic downtown area, summer festivals and plenty of outdoor recreation, including golf courses. The aforementioned university is also home to Eagle Crest Resort, which is where you’ll find the home course of the EMU men’s and women’s golf teams. Best of all, this wonderful layout on Ford Lake, has plenty of tee times available to the public. It’s just one of several daily fee courses in Ypsilanti, though. Hickory Creek Golf Course, which has an island green hole, is another highly regarded facility. Washtenaw Golf Club goes back more than 120 years. And Pine View Golf Course has both a championship layout and par-3 course.
