Clitheroe Golf Club
Whalley Road, Clitheroe,
The year 2010 saw Clitheroe Golf Club become a North West Open regional qualifying venue for the first time. In the past the golf club has also played host to the Lancashire County Championship on a number of occasions as well as the EGU Tournament of Champions in 1991. Formed in November 1891 the golf club moved to its current site in 1932 and hasn’t looked back, growing an enviable reputation in the area.
Clitheroe Golf Club offers you the perfect opportunity to play a stunning parkland golf course. Book a tee time here and take on the par 71 golf course with a yardage of 6,518. Straight driving is key to a successful round on what is not a tough walking track. The 12th hole is a particular treat as the design perfectly marries the natural landscape and a par feels like birdie.
