As a “leftie” I thought I knew the answer to yesterday’s question. While Peter Dawson was the first eruopean leftie to be on a Ryder cup team in 1977 - Bob Charles, one of the most famous “lefties” was on the 1963 Ryder cup team.

To say she’s sweet puts sugar in a bad light. She’s SWEEEEEET…. and HOT!

In response to Larry’s comment above:
The answer for yesterday’s question came directly from the history section of the official Ryder Cup website. In the Past Highlights for 1977 it says: Fellow countryman Peter Dawson became the first left-hander to compete for either team. We definitely looked into your mention on Bob Charles and cannot find him listed on the Ryder Cup site as being a member of the British Team for 1963. However, we did play in the British Open that year. We hope that clarifies the issue.

i think bob charles was from New Zeland, and was not even eligible for the Ryder Cup in 1963.
