On what page can I find rule 5-1/5??. Page 24 has rule 5 the ball and I can’t find 5-1/5 anywhere!! please help….. thanks

Bob, 5-1/5 is acutally a decision on the rule.

It was played at POIPU Bay Golf Course from 1994 until last year 2006, but that was not it’s first location in 1979.
