It’s Big Prize Tuesday and we’re giving away a Scotty Cameron putter today on GolfNow’s trivia contest.

Welcome back to the trivia contest here on GolfNow.com – I’m Keri Murphy and our featured GolfNow network course for today is Bridges Golf Course in Madison, Wisconsin and you can save when you book your tee times for this course online with us right here at www.GolfNow.com.

A few weeks ago we talked about Sam Snead’s record for the most top-ten finishes during his career but we were also wondering about this:

Which golfer has the most top-ten finished in a single season on the PGA Tour? Was it:

A. Jack Nicklaus

B. Billy Casper

C. Harold McSpaden

D. Walter Hagen

As always, just mark your answer on the entry form at GolfNow.com and tomorrow we’ll tell you had the most top ten finished in a season and you can find out if your answer was correct. Okay, let’s find out the answer to our question from yesterday’s show, which was:

Which country won the very first Espirito Santo Trophy?

Like the Eisenhower Trophy, the Espirito Santo Trophy is given out to the women’s amateur team that wins the World Amateur Golf Team Championships. While the Eisenhower Trophy was first given out in 1958, the first women’s amateur event in this championship series was held in 1964 with teams from 25 different countries competing. In the end, the French team won that first trophy when Catherine Lacoste, who would go on to win the 1967 U.S. Women’s Open, shot a final round 73 to defeat the U.S. team by just one stroke.

So, if you answered C – then you were right and now have one more entry into our computer for our daily drawings and our prize today is a Scotty Cameron Studio Select putter. Okay, computer, show me today’s winner:

And our big prize Tuesday winner is William Wicker of Dumont, New Jersey. Congratulations, William, and to claim this big prize just be sure to send an e-mail to me at keri@golfnow.com within the next 30 days.

Okay, that’s it for today’s show. When you’re ready to save up to 70% on your next tee times, then be sure to book online here at www.GolfNow.com. I’m KM, have a great Tuesday and I’ll see you tomorrow here on GolfNow’s Trivia Contest.
