Why are the free rounds of golf only available at the least desirable courses in the area?

The free rounds of golf are always good at any course on the GolfNow network. You can use them to play a course in your town that you’ve been meaning to try out or even redeem your free round at a course in another state if you happen to be travelling.

It is nice to see a course not in the western half of the US.
