Hi everyone - We’re very sorry for the technical issues this morning that made today’s show late. But it’s here now so be sure and submit your answer to today’s trivia question!

Well, I guess it had to happen at some point - and we wish it hadn’t - but apparently we made a mistake in yesterday’s question on Babe Zaharias’ first round of golf. The correct answer to yesterday’s question turned out not to be included in the choices we gave you. Our primary source came from the World Golf Hall of Fame and while we couldn’t find another source to contradict what we thought was the correct answer - two of our players did and we believe their source to be completely reliable and accurate. So, we apologize for the mistake and just to make it up to you, we’ll give everyone who submitted an entry in the trivia contest yesterday a free entry into our daily drawings - just as if you all got the question correct!

Wow - well considering how amazing Keri looks today, I’ll forgive her for being late

First, thanks for the show, prizes and great golf. And the majority of us give thanks for Keri. The question yesterday seemed to be misworded. I chose Royal Oaks since there were a variety of sites saying she played golf at 18 and I figured Dallas was the closest to her home.

Saying you were wrong is only half the battle. I am sure many people “tune in” to Golf Now TV to learn as well as check to see if they were right. Babe Zaharias played her first round of golf in 1929 as part of the Beaumont, TX High School girls golf team on Pine Grove Municipal Golf course in Beaumont.

We apologize. The link that was posted with the correct answer to yesterday’s question went onto yesterday’s show. To get to the information on Babe’s first round in Texas go to http://biblos.lamar.edu:8000/cdm4/document.php?CISOROOT=/BabeD&CISOPTR=251&REC=5
