Going back to yesterdays trivia. I have researched 6 different web sites and have come up with 4 different answers to the oldest continous operating golf course. Since no one was actually alive 120 years ago to tell us, i’m questioning what really is the answer? Amazing if you google “golf trivia” and just start reading thru some of the thousands of websites your going to come up with several different answers also.

Has anyone else noticed that almost all of the winners are from Arizona?

Is this contest only for persons residing in Arizona? It seems like all the winners so far have been from Arizona and I just wanted to know if I am wasting my time.
Thanks

What’s up with Arizona winning all the prizes this website started in California and we should win at least once in awhile.

The trivia is open to all US residents. The drawing is random and uses all correct answers no matter where you are from. The first website for our business was launched in Phoenix (www.golf10.com) in 2001. Our next market was Northern California. These two markets currently have the largest number of people answering the trivia questions.

Same with todays question, there are 2 answers depending on where you research.

I checked the Home site of the St. Andrews Course in New York and it states on it’s History page that it is the oldest continuous golf course in the United States. Here is the link:
