Which golfer knocked Tiger Woods off the top spot of the World Golf Ranking after a win at the Deutsche Bank Championship?

The first professional round of the 2008 Deutsche Bank Championship begins today as the field heads toward the only official Monday finish on the PGA Tour on Labor Day. This event began just five years ago back in 2003 and Adam Scott of Australia won the first time out. But, it was the next year when Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh battled it out for, not just the championship, but also for the top spot on the World Golf Ranking and, at the end of the final round, Vijay’s final score of 69 earned him both and ended Tiger Woods’ five-year reign as the top golfer in the world.
