Stables Restaurant is situated within the Tubac Golf Resort and inside the original “Horse Stable” of the Otero Ranch, which dates back to 1789. The ranch was built by the Otero family who moved from Spain in search of an area in which to raise their prized cattle. Today, cattle continue to roam the grounds while you enjoy casual dining in any of our three rooms: The Hacienda style Dining Room, The Rustic Rock Room or on the large covered Apache Patio with great views of the Tubac golf course & Santa Rita Mountains. Our menu features New American “Comfort Food” with a Spanish flare. Offering House Made Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Pastas, Fresh Seafood and “All Natural” Meats.
The full service Mesquite Bar offers wide variety of Premium Wines and Spirits, Imported and Domestic Beers and after dinner cordials. |
