What happens to my LMG Frequent Golfer Yards?
GolfNow.com will be launching a new loyalty program April 2010.

For Canadian members, your Frequent Golfer Yards will be converted to GolfNow loyalty points and applied towards your GolfNow account on the launch date. GolfNow’s loyalty program will allow you to redeem free golf rounds, in addition to other offerings that will be available later in 2010.

For US members, some stipulations on yardage transfer will apply. All LMG/LMTT customers who have booked 5 times or more on LMG/LMTT between January 1, 2008 and July 26, 2009 will automatically have their existing frequent yardage banked until the 2010 launch of the new loyalty program. A booking is defined as a tee time transaction that has been successfully charged to your credit card with no cancellation. One booking can consist of a reservation for a single, twosome, threesome or foursome. Weekday pass purchases do not qualify as a booking, nor do any free rounds redeemed with Frequent Golf Yardage. In order to activate these banked frequent yards, these customers must have purchased a tee time on GolfNow.com between July 27th, 2009 and January 31, 2010. Upon booking a tee time within this timeframe, your frequent yardage will be converted into points towards the 2010 GolfNow loyalty program. In the event you are a 5+ booker and do not book a tee time within July 27, 2009 – January 31, 2009, you will have the option to contact customer service at 1-800-767-3574 after January 31, 2010 and request that your yards be converted. Manual requests to have your points converted will only be accepted after January 31, 2010 and you must fall into the exclusive category as outlined above.

Why don’t I get an email immediately after I sign up?
Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

Why do you offer times that end up not being available?
The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?
When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?
Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.
