If I don`t have a Players Club Membership can I still book tee times?
Yes. The Players Club Membership gives you advanced, 24/7 access to our tee time specials. If you do not have a membership you can book regular course specials on the main Tee Times page and you can book tee times from our email specials. There is no membership cost for these services.



Where is my membership valid?
Players Club memberships are valid in the market where they are purchased. You will not be able to book Players Club tee time specials in other markets. However, we will sometimes combine inventory for neighboring markets on the Players Club tee times page when the markets are geographically close.



What if I don`t want the NGN handicap?
Players Club benefits are bundled together and cannot be separated. If you do not want one of the benefits you can choose not to use or accept it, but the price for the membership does not change.



What happened to the Country Club?
The "Players Club" is just the new name for the old "Country Club". If you were a past Country Club member, you can join the Players Club for the lower renewal rate. Just start the purchase process and the system will automatically give you the lower renewal rate.



What if I don`t like the Players Club?
If you haven`t used a free round you can receive a full refund within the first 30 days of your membership. Just contact customer service to request the refund.
