Can I change a reservation?

All tee time sales are final. They are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

If your greens fees are due at the golf course we will cancel your reservation only if the golf course gives us approval to do so.

Tee times that are 100 % prepaid cannot be cancelled unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play.
  • If you would like to request a change of date to your reservation, please complete the online Reservation Change form.

What is your weather policy?

If your greens fees are due at the golf course please complete the Reservation Change form and we will seek approval from the golf course in order to cancel your tee time. If approval is not given by the golf course your reservation will stand.

If you paid 100 % online we will only cancel your reservation if the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play.

What is SSL?

Why don`t I get an email immediatley after I sign up?

Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

Why do you offer times that end up not being available?

The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?

Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.

My credit card is good, why won’t your system accept it?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. In the U.S. only, we also accept Discover. Please check that your credit card information has been entered correctly. Double-check your card number and expiration date. If that does not work, complete the Contact Us form and be sure to include the error message you are receiving.

Did I get the tee time?

After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Thank You page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please complete the Contact Us form.

What about sales tax?

Most tee times do not include sales tax. However some courses do include Sales Tax in the price of the tee time. If Sales Tax is included you will see the Tax Included Icon on the specific tee time. You can also Click on any tee time, and check Tee Time Details, to determine if sales tax is included.

Do you charge a transaction fee?

Yes, a transaction fee will be charged on most reservations made on our website or through our Call Center.

Is the transaction fee refundable?

Our tee times are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If the golf course is closed due to weather we will issue a refund for any fees paid online.

How far in advance are tee times available on the website?

Most tee times are available 14 to 30 days in advance. However, there may be times from some courses available up to 90 days in advance.

Why am I required to create a username?

Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GolfNow. You may update your username at any time within your Account. Please review the following username requirements:
  • 20 characters or less
  • No spaces
  • No invalid characters (i.e. @, #, %, *)
  • No inappropriate language

Why am I required to create a username?

We recently updated our username format requirements. As a result, those that did not comply with our updated requirements were assigned a temporary username. You may update your username at any time within your account. Usernames may be used for participation in exciting new features and programs on GolfNow. What is the GolfNow Rewards program?

GolfNow Rewards is the GolfNow loyalty program that rewards frequent golfers who make their golf reservations at GolfNow. Once a golfer has earned a GolfNow Rewards membership they receive NO ONLINE FEES on future rounds booked through GolfNow and can earn additional perks and benefits. The more golfers play, the more they can earn!


What are the benefits of the GolfNow Rewards program?

Once a golfer becomes a GolfNow Rewards member, they’ll enjoy NO ONLINE FEES on all reservations for the rest of the current calendar year and all of the following year! Those golfers who earned “Frequent Golfer” status in 2012 will continue to enjoy no online fees through 2013.

Additionally, the GolfNow Rewards program features multiple Rewards Tiers and the more golf you play, the faster you can earn the below benefits.

How do I become a GolfNow Rewards member?

To become a GolfNow Rewards member, just simply book your golf tee times at GolfNow.com or with our free GolfNow mobile app and go play. Once you reach 10 qualified reservations, you’ll automatically become a member of GolfNow Rewards. No need to sign up to be enrolled.


What is a qualified reservation?

A qualified reservation may contain 1-4 players and becomes valid after play date. Certain reservations awarded with promo codes or redeemed offline through Deal Caddy may not be eligible. Reservations refunded after the play date due to bad weather do not qualify towards GolfNow Rewards status.


How will I know when I’ve become a GolfNow Rewards member?

Once a golfer reaches 10 qualified reservations and becomes a member of GolfNow Rewards, they will receive an email notification from GolfNow. They’ll also receive email notification each time they achieve a new tier status.


How do I redeem my GolfNow Rewards “HOT DEALS” promo code?

Your promo code is valid for a one-time use on any of our “HOT DEALS” tee times (those with an orange flame icon) for six months after the grant date. The promo code is case sensitive and good when booking 1-4 players. During the check-out process, you will see a large promo code box. Simply enter the promo code, press APPLY and your total will be adjusted. Depending on your reward, your promo code will deduct $10, $20, 100% off one player, 100% off two players, 100% off three players or 100% off four players. Should you have any problems redeeming your code, please contact customer support 1-800-767-3574.


If I do not use my GolfNow Rewards promo code for the entire amount will there be a remaining balance?

No, our promo codes are good for one-time use only and do not carry a balance.


Where can I find “HOT DEALS” tee times to redeem my GolfNow Rewards promo code?

Please select the city on GolfNow.com in which you will like to play. Browse all ”HOT DEALS” tee times either by clicking on the ”HOT DEALS” link or by simply browsing course to course and look for the orange flame icon under the tee time. “HOT DEALS” update frequently, so check often for the most current available tee times.


I need help redeeming my GolfNow Rewards. Who should I contact?

Should you have any problems redeeming the code, please contact customer support 1-800-767-3574.


I’m trying to redeem my promo code through the GolfNow mobile app and it’s not working. Why?

Currently, GolfNow Rewards promo codes can only be redeemed online. We are working to enable redemption of GolfNow Rewards promo codes via GolfNow’s mobile app in the near future.


Did GolfNow Rewards replace the 2012 Frequent Golfer program?

Yes, GolfNow Rewards replaced the 2012 Frequent Golfer program. Effective January 1, 2013, golfers who make 10 qualified reservations on GolfNow during a calendar year become a GolfNow Rewards member under the 2013 GolfNow Rewards program. A qualified reservation may contain 1-4 players and becomes valid after play date.


What if I already earned Frequent Golfer Status for 2013?

If you already earned Frequent Golfer status in 2012 for 2013, you will continue to enjoy no online fees for all of 2013. But now, you also have the opportunity to play your way toward a GolfNow Rewards membership and earn even more perks and benefits.


What are the differences between GolfNow Rewards & the Frequent Golfer program?

Aside from the multiple Rewards Tiers and the new perks and benefits you can earn, 10 qualified reservations – NOT rounds – are required within a calendar year to earn a GolfNow Rewards membership. This means effective January 1, 2013, GolfNow Rewards membership is no longer granted based on rounds booked.

However, golfers who earned Frequent Golfer status in 2012 based on rounds booked will automatically receive no online fees through 2013 and can begin playing their way toward a GolfNow Rewards membership and earn even more perks and benefits.


When can I start applying qualified reservations toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

Any qualified reservations booked on or after Jan. 1, 2013, will apply to GolfNow Rewards membership status after the applicable play date. Those who earned Frequent Golfer status in 2012 will continue to receive no online fees through December 31, 2013.


If I make a reservation in 2012 with a play date in 2013, will it count toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

Yes, reservations booked in 2012, but played on or after Jan. 1, 2013, will be applied toward your GolfNow Rewards membership status in 2013.


If I make a reservation in 2013 with a play date in 2014, will it count toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

It will count toward your GolfNow Rewards membership in 2014. Reservations become qualified and applicable toward GolfNow Rewards membership after the play date.


When will my qualified reservations be applied toward my GolfNow Rewards membership?

Qualified reservations only apply toward GolfNow Rewards membership status after the play date. Once you complete a qualified reservation, it will be reflected on your GolfNow profile page within 24 hours after your play date.


Once I’ve earned GolfNow Rewards membership, how do I maintain it?

Under the current program, golfers can maintain GolfNow Rewards membership and continue to receive no online fees by making 10 qualified reservations per calendar year on GolfNow.


Can I accumulate qualified reservations over multiple years to apply toward GolfNow Rewards membership?

No, all 10 qualified reservations must be played within the same calendar year to be applied toward your GolfNow Rewards membership for that year. Customers cannot accumulate qualified reservations over multiple years. At the end of the calendar year, all qualified reservations applied toward GolfNow Rewards membership for that year will expire.


Can customers combine GolfNow Rewards membership accounts?

No, accounts cannot be combined.


I’m a GolfNow Rewards member but I still see an amount due in “Taxes and Online Fees" during check-out, why?

Although GolfNow Rewards members enjoy no online fees, they will still be charged taxes on reservations based upon the physical location of the golf course.


Does a GolfNow Rewards member receive no online fees in every GolfNow market?

Yes, GolfNow Rewards members receive no online fees in all GolfNow markets.


What happened to the previous GolfNow Rewards Points & Frequent Golfer programs?

The previous GolfNow Rewards points program was retired as of December 31, 2011. The 2012 Frequent Golfer Program became GolfNow Rewards on Jan. 1, 2013 – an updated and enhanced program that includes additional perks and benefits.


Are promo codes granted by the GolfNow Rewards program transferable?

No, all promo codes issued from our GolfNow Rewards program are tied to specific customer accounts and may only be redeemed by the account holder.


I received a Free Twosome Hot Deal from the GolfNow Rewards program, can I have that split into two single Hot Deals?

No, all promo codes will remain intact and unable to be separated. A customer can book a single player with any of our codes but any remaining balance will be lost.
