How do I book a tee time?
- Step one. If you have not registered, you must register. Click here, to register. Registration takes less that 5 minutes.
- Step two. If you want to book at tee time at a specific course, then click on the specific course to see the tee times.
- Step three. If you want to see multiple course tee times, then click on “TN - Knoxville” above the drop down menu of the specific courses. This is on left hand side of the Home page for Knoxville.
- Step four. Just follow the booking process, its self explanatory.
How does our refund and cancellation policy work?
We have never turned down a refund or cancellation, regardless of the reason. In fact, you don’t have to give us a reason. Just click here to cancel a tee time, or contact us.
What is the booking fee for?
One of the reasons we are able to offer you the tee time online is because you guarantee it with your credit card. Golfnow, incurs a cost every time we run a credit card to secure a tee time. We pass this cost onto you, plus a small administrative fee. Once you are at the golf course you pay the course in full for the tee time, except for the Super Specials, you pay for those in advance.
How do I earn a free round/cart?
You earn it by having 10 bookings. Every month we give away hundreds of rounds/carts to golfers who have had 10 bookings.
How can the Yahoo Widget save me some big money?
The best way is to download the Yahoo widget, do that by clicking here. The widget sits on your desktop and gives you instant access to our Hot Deal email club tee times, without having to visit our webpage. The widget only provides tee times.
How to I see Super Specials?
It always pays to look at the Super Specials first. These are very limited in number, but usually at a substantial savings off the rack rate. These tee times, you pay online in full and when you get to the course you owe nothing.
Why are our emails so important to open?
Like you, I get inundated with emails everyday, most are worthless, and I have a spam folder for them. But, our emails will tell you critical information about tee time specials, and other events going on in the Golfnow world.
