Trappers Turn Golf Club - Lake Course
Trappers Turn is the second project of North and Packard. The Packard organization has designed over 200 courses world wide including the redesign of Medinah, site of the 1990 U.S. Open.
At Trappers Turn they masterfully molded a layout to match the differing land features. The canyon was formed when melting waters of the glacier cut through the native sandstone leaving a natural route that today encompasses some of the most panoramic golf holes found anywhere. Challenging to the good player, yet offering a design that is more playable and fun, North and Packard created a golf course that allows every player to enjoy a great game of golf.
