Rated 2 out of 5 by Riverbend Played on a weekend so we didn't expect to play fast. However, we brought our little dog not knowing it was allowed. We ended up putting her back in the truck. Staff was at first accomodating, said it would be ok this time, then decided it wouldn't be. Front 9 was ok rate of play. Then we hit the back, everything stopped. We had two drunk people in front of us. We called the Marshall, with very little response. Staff decided to complain about our dog, which we shouldn't have brought. But then would do nothing about inconsiderate, slow playing drunk guys. Who obviously knew nothing about courtesy of course play. Very disappointing. Probably will either never play this course again or at least not on a weekend. Jeff Jacobson September 20, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Riverbend Course in great shape. Fun but challenging. Staff was friendly. September 3, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by A Good Time Friendly check in staff and easy. Good walking course. Some of the holes that border water will tease you to drive over the water. Good luck. Hole 14 will eat up golf balls if you are left of the fairway and green. If you want a nice day on the course, check out Riverbend. August 28, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Crowded We had a 6:45am tee time and there were two groups waiting at the tee about that time. Although we did finish ahead of the "pace of play" time boards posted around the course, there were several times we were waiting for the group two ahead of us slowing pace. The course has a nice layout and water comes into play on a couple of holes. August 28, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not even in a pinch This course is less than a challenge. The makeshift deli was a joke and over priced. The driving range was decent but some mats didn't have a rubber tee so I had to borrow the one from the gentleman next to me. I wouldn't recomend this course to anyone unless every other course was out of business or golf now came up with a deal you can't resist. Make sure you bring your own beverages and snacks so as to not help their joke of a deli. August 19, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Okay The course was in okay condition, the greens were very good. The course is overpriced compared to others with similar layout. This course will never be my first choice at this price. August 15, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great course to fine tune your game, enjoyable outing This course was very level, and thus walkable. Very few dog legs, though there's water hazard. Most holes are straight, with trees lining the fairways (thus, my comment on fine tuning your straight drives). Greens are fairly large (generally not elevated) and are in great condition. Bunkers had enough sand for the times when you land in it. You can generally find wayward drives as there's not much thick undergrowth among the trees, unless you land in the water hazard. We got a deal online with a cart. We played with another walking pair and finished our round in about 4 hours. August 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Heavily played course I like Riverbend. I still need to ride in a cart even if there aren't any hills, and the course sets up very well for golf carts. For as much as this course is played, the staff keeps the fairways and greens in excellent condition. August 8, 2015
