Canterwood Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole, member-owned, private golf course located outside Gig Harbor, Washington. Founded in 1988, it is ranked “6th Best in State” by Golf Digest. A 2008 $1.5M remodel added tee boxes and made subtle changes to make the course more enjoyable for the average golfer. Twice host of the Washington Open, Canterwood has been selected to host the 2010 Scratch Players Championship, a prestigious tournament held in conjunction with the US Amateur. Like many top European clubs, Canterwood has made a limited number of tee times available for visitors.
