Come experience Laurel Hill Golf Club, Northern Virginia's newest premier daily fee golf experience!

Host Site of the 2013 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship. Designer Bill Love, whose credits include the Iron Forge Course at Penn National and Hunting Hawk in Glenn Allen, Virginia, has created an impressive 18-hole course on land that formerly housed the D.C. Department of Corrections facility at Lorton. Paying homage to the early architects of American golf, Love's objective was to let the natural beauty of the property dictate the character of the course. By all accounts he has succeeded with the golf press already describing the course with accolades like "one-of-a-kind" and "visually stunning."

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 121 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by Going down This use to be a great course in excellent condition however, the greens were spotty and not consistent. The fairways were chewed up and the tee boxes need work. The practice facility lacked markers to identify distance. Over all very disappointed in the way this course has been taken (or lack hereof) of. August 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great course Amazing track. Overall pretty tough, two uphill par 5's that crushed me, but I'm just starting out. Beautiful. July 26, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Public course Even though it was wet and we had to play cart path only, the course was in great shape. The greens roll perfectly and were kinda fast. The staff was fantastic, I will play here again! July 18, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great course Hadn't played this course since the Publinx. It's in awesome shape, though the greens are a little on the slow side. Also, fairways may be a little over watered. Course is a monster, lengthwise, but fair. Lot of uphill holes, so it plays longer than the yardage. Wide open, so you can can grip it and rip it. Better be able to get it up and down though because you are going to miss a lot of greens.. Friendly staff and they even had a course Marshall who did his job, and in an effective way. One of best public courses anywhere in the country. Highly recommend for the single to mid teens handicapper. June 7, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Laurel Hill great course Laurel Hill is a great course and has one of the best layouts in the area. It tends to get a lot of play since it held the Pub Am championship, and the greens do get beat up, and players don't fix ball marks, leaving them not as good as they could be. But it's still a great course. Unfortunately we are victims of our environment and this course is not cheap, and it's hard to justify paying what they charge for a round on the weekend, so I do think they are way overpriced for what you get. But nevertheless a great course. June 7, 2015
