Tour 18 Golf Course Dallas
Course is in great condition. Bunkers pristine.
The staff was great and very helpful. Carts in good shape as well as all equipment. Course was in the best shape I have seen it in years.

Played an early round as a 2some at our own pace: 3 1/2 hr. It's been decades since I played grainy greens, so had trouble getting the read right. That is the obvious deviation from the originals. Would play here every month if I could!

This is a must if you play in Dallas
This is a great course. I enjoyed the round a lot.

The greens are in great shape along with fairways. We enjoyed playing it as we've played the one in humble. I will say it was very disappointing that there was no marshal on duty to speed up the very slow group of four in front of us. They never offered us to play through and it really messed up our last several holes as they got slower and slower. That is something solved pretty easy so I really hope they consider that as it was over 5.5 hours and we 3 never take over 4.... Long day.

Unique And One Of A Kind
Good sampling of some of the most famous holes across America.
A couple of the fairways were watered to the point it was standing water and mud in low areas...but this is Texas so we get it where we can. Otherwise the course was in good shape.
Overall its worth the money to experience at least once. Holes are very true to the likeness they are suppose to represent.

The course is fun and not too crowded. The green's were in great shape for summertime in Texas. My only complaint is that the course doesn't supply towels, ice chests or GPS's. Towels and ice chests are a must in Texas, and GPS's would add an extra dimension to the course. I think the owners are skimping. This should be a top rated course demanding $100/round, but you can tell whoever owns the place isn't putting much money back into the course. Too bad, the layout is really fun.

Green good, Fairways good, Some bunkers had water in them.
Greens good, Fairways were in good condition, Bunkers some had water in them. I could not tell you the last time it rained.
Odd not, there mock board for the Masters Tournament was still 2012 when Bubba won, Worth the high price, maybe.

I live in Texas so I understand we are in a drought, but when you have multiple ponds/lakes on property there is no reason the grass should be dying on most fairways. The sand traps are god awful it's like playing off concrete when you hit out of them. Water the then fluff them up. If I hadn't gotten the good deal on golfnow I would have been very upset for the price versus the course condition.
My advice is play in the late fall or early spring should be nice in cooler weather.
