Rated 2 out of 5 by Gone downhill - sad Last played here several years ago with clients. At that time it was a great customer experience and a fun layout. This time the greens were recently punched and sanded, and while I was warned, I was told they would be healing and in reasonable shape. Not the case. Not putting any water on the fairways, so burned up. Overwatering the area around the greens, so soggy. Feature bunkers like the church pews were hard pan and looked like construction zones. The layout is still fun, but the conditions look like it's about to get closed down. They have let not just the course conditions go, but the service is terrible. No longer is there an attended bag drop and there's nobody to take your cart when done. The shop attendants were polite. Saw the beverage cart twice and the first time, there no Gatoraid. On a 96 degree Texas Sunday, they let the water jugs go empty. Overall, just sad. August 17, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointed for what it's suppose to be I've heard Tour 18 is 'cool', great signature holes. Lot's of high expectations. I didn't know it was a community, huge houses, so far so good. Driving in you can see all the browning and dead grass which I didn't think much off, but there was due/mist on the grass. Clubhouse, nice and big, friendly staff. Green had been punched about 10 days before, so I was expecting them to be a bit bumpy, which they were. Not a huge deal. However fairways were poor, very poor condition. It took so much out of it for me. No wonder it was $60(from the usual $80-100). Sad to say I wouldn't go back until I know it's green, plus it was a 45 minute drive. Yes I know it's the middle of summer, and a hot one, but I've played many other courses and are in better condition for less money and are closer to me. August 17, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible condition My lawn is in better condition than the fairways and greens on this course...they are doing a great job of turning what used to be a fairly nice course into a complete goat ranch. August 16, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worse than your average municipal course Fairways are not being watered so everything is dead brown. Greens were punched and sanded with enough sand on greens to leave footprints in places. No aerification alert on GolfNow was listed. Air conditioning not working in bar and dining area. No beverage cart on course. We played the front nine twice (skipping three holes to go around some hackers) due to slow groups ahead so didn't see the back nine. This used to be a great course but I'd put it lower condition than even TWU now. August 12, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Love playing replica courses The course was in decent shape given the recent drought after heavy rains. Greens seemed inconsistent on speed, but I'm not a great putter anyway. Overall, I like this course and will play it again. August 3, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Over-rated and Priced PGA pricing and much worse condition than many city owned courses in DFW that cost significantly less. No thanks!!!! July 26, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fun but wet We had a great time playing this course. But the cart path only made for a long day. But still had a great time and the course was nice June 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sweet tour 18 Awesome round. Sand traps were mushy from rain but besides that and a golf cart with a bad wheel the round was great. June 28, 2015
