Forrest Crossing Golf Course is located just 20 minutes south of Nashville. The golf course features scenic views of the Harpeth River which winds alongside 15 of the 18 holes. Forrest Crossing's signature hole is #9, a 361 yard par 4 which features an island green. #16 and #18 are ranked as two of the best and challenging holes in the state by local media. With four sets of tees the course offers a challenge to golfers of all skill sets. The practice facility is a large 8 acre driving range with 20 stalls, a designated chipping area, putting green, and sand bunker. It has water and club cleaners and is open year round.

In the summer of 2006, Forrest Crossing completely renovated the greens, installing Champion Greens on each hole. This greens' renovation help put Forrest Crossing at the top of every golfer's list of favorite courses in Nashville. Forrest Crossing also offers a 200 seat grill room. The grill menu offers and array of options and features two 50" plasma High Definition T.V.s. A patio overlooking the course offers one of the best views in town. One of best public course. It is worth it!! Try it. Staff are very nice and kind too. Free practice range with ball was great too. October 30, 2014
awesome Excellent staff. Friendly, the nicest I have spoke with at any Nashville area gc. October 21, 2014
Food layout The over all course is good , not a big fan of the greens. October 10, 2014
Overall good Overall everything was as good as should be expected for the price. Loved the greens, putted very true and consistent. Disappointed to find out that I actually would have saved money playing at the regular Senior rate VS the Golf Now rate with the added fees. I plan to play there again soon, but will call direct and play for the regular Senior rate. Pace of play was slower than average, but about as expected for a good public course in a heavily populated area for a reasonable price. October 2, 2014
very good value. I played on a Saturday afternoon, so the pace of play was a bit slow. Otherwise it was an excellent course. Greens are a bit soft and slow. I will definitely play there again when I am in town. September 24, 2014
Course is in good shape Course has recovered from the winter kill. Greens are in great shape. September 23, 2014
Travelers The ninth and eighteenth holes are very difficult. The 9th is a short layup to a green surrounded by water and the 18th a par 5 with a severe dogleg right than back left . It was very difficult to determine where the fairway was and where to hit to make a forced carry over water on tee shot and second shot, especially with the poor condition of the fairways. September 22, 2014
Tough winter was obvious Course is coming around. There were bare places and dead fish everywhere in one of the ponds. The smell was horrible on 11. For the value it was great the greens were in good shape. It will be back to a real nice course by next year. September 8, 2014
