Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful course Great course, challenging holes, must stay in fairways but lots of fun & beautiful views! October 6, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Pro shop had bad attitude First time at course which is visually pleasant. Pro shop attendant was not friendly at all seemed annoyed that we had golf caddy offer. Acted like he did us a favor. Cart attendant was friendly and should teach pro shop how to interact with customers. Back nine was aerated with no mention prior. October 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very scenic challenging course The course was in great shape. The staff at CC of Poconos is very friendly and accommodating. It was a fun day. September 30, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Beautiful Area Great course in a beautiful area of the Poconos. Course was in great shape. Long ride in between holes. Loved looking around at all the beautiful houses but be careful and follow all the arrows so don't loose your way. September 15, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Pros and Cons. Cons outweighted Pros Pro's: course was in pretty good shape. Greens were very slow, looked like they could use a good mowing. I got out as a single and played the front nine quickly although caught up to some groups on the back 9 and things bogged down considerably. The staff was friendly and the weekday price of $50 including cart seems reasonable enough. Con's: Yes, I'm a high handicapper and the course was difficult for me. But I've enjoyed both challenging courses and "mountain" courses before and just couldn't enjoy this one. I thought the design of some (many) of the holes was just poor. Elevation changes to the extreme. Holes wedged in where holes shouldn't be (6th). Aside from the actual poor design of holes the routing of the course (5 mile drive between holes including on residential streets) is just absurd. Was the design intent to construct a good golf course or to "show off" the neighborhood and sell homes. Finally, no services (water, food or clubhouse access after 9 holes) is annoying. Bottom line: if you live in the development it maybe nice to play here, but I wouldn't drive from anywhere else to play this course. I wanted to play Shawnee or Mt Airy but those courses were booked and CC of Poconos was totally available. Now I know why. I would also recommend Jack Frost as a much better alternative. Rated 3 out of 5 by Mediocre at best Mediocre at best, no club access after you leave the first Teebox, no service on the course. Terrible facilities for women. 5 1/2 hours to play the course I think you have to do 5 miles of driving through the neighborhood roads September 7, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Front Nine? The Greens on the Front Nine were damp, sluggish, bumpy, and extremely Slow...but I still love the course... September 2, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by beautiful & challenging course One of my favorite golf courses in the Poconos, very good condition & beautiful scenery. September 2, 2015
