Rose City Golf Course
Rose City Golf Course is an 18-hole par 72 course with rolling fairways that are lined with a variety of large trees. Water comes into play on holes 10, 11, 14, and 15 and green side bunkers are well placed.
The golf course is the second oldest municipal golf course in the Portland area. The first nine holes were developed in the spring 1922 on the site that was once known as the Rose City Speedway 8.
Over the past year the golf course has gone through extensive renovations including a new lake that comes into play on your approach to the 5th green and down the 9th fairway. In addition, new tee boxes have been added throughout the course along with additional mounding coming into play in the fairways and around the greens. This summer the new irrigation system will help keep the course in great condition.
Come out and play some golf and see the changes made.
