The King City Golf Course is a 9 hole, 2284 yard public golf course located in King City, Oregon. Built in 1966, this splendidly conditioned layout is one of the few courses in the Southwest Portland area open to the public. The executive course is a golfer's dream with 9 totally different experiences for both the high and low handicap golfer. The course is situated among homes and is relatively flat with few hazards. Sand traps and a pond add a nice challenge. We believe that our course offers one of the best values in the whole Portland area, in a central location between Tigard and Portland off Highway 99.

nice, open, good beginning course. I took a friend who has just started golfing. It was the perfect place to go! October 10, 2014
Great value! Best value executive course in the area. Great course to walk. August 21, 2014
A sweet 9-hole getaway This course is well laid out, has very nice greens and is relatively easy to play with minimal hazards and excellent fairways. August 8, 2014
Nice little course I live real close to King City and Summerfield but also find myself at this course because it's fun, straightforward but still challenging. I've made it my personal mission to par this course (or close to)and I think its doable for the experienced golfer. I like that it's pretty laid back and the guys there are pretty friendly. I don't like the close proximity to the houses but it's much safer than Summerfield. One par 5 which is a good hole, the par 3's are all challenging especially the 4th hole because it's over 200 yards from the blue tees. The par 4's are pretty short but you really need to place your second shot well to par. The course itself is usually in solid condition and the greens aren't too ridiculously difficult, there's sand on a couple of holes that can cause trouble if you miss hit and water on the par 5 seventh hole. I recently stopped bringing my driver and 3 wood because it's short/tight and that forces me to be more accurate with my irons and hybrids but if you're accurate with your drives and don't hit it 250+ yards consistently then go for it. One time I actually hit the green on the third hole par 4 off the tee with my driver and eagled the putt, my first and only eagle. Overall it's a decent course with a decent price so I'll continue to go there and pursue the scratch round. If you don't need a full sized course that's fancy and overpriced then check out this course. For a nice championship course in the area check out Red Tail it's usually pretty fairly priced and has some deals on golf now. July 10, 2014
Always liked going at my own pace, Didn't like getting paired up especially since no one was behind us. Also the marshall is very annoying and distracting. June 22, 2014
Great value The course is well maintained, both fairways and greens. Some fairways are very tight and require accurate tee shot. June 7, 2014
Fun course with great customer service There are very nice people working the course, and it has a great atmosphere. As a ~105~ golfer the course was a lot of fun for me. April 21, 2014
