Tyandaga Golf Course 3 5 15 15
this course has great features. GolfNow is very good deal. but, this course didn't mark distance. we need mark yard on each hole. thank you ! November 21, 2012
Short but challenging! At about 5900 for the average player it's not long but most shots require a lot of thought. Greens are tough. Type of course that you should score well on but don't! Left a lot of shots out there, mostly on the greens. Course was in great shape for any time of the year but especially for Nov 18th! And at $25, cart included, it ended up being a great fall day of golf. November 19, 2012
Beautiful course with a variety of play. Nice natural valleys and hills. Great for a beginner or veteran. Will definitely play again. November 18, 2012
Still needs basic maintenance work (trim fallen trees, tall rough). -Played on a warm Sunday afternoon. Greens were very good (fall conditioning had not started), the rough was extra long. -Understaffed, only 1 starter (and acting marshall) for 18 holes. -The walking pace was ok, except for 2 power cart 'jockies' in a rush. -I'll wait til next year to replay this course. poorly kept losing balls that arent in hazards or out of bounds does not make for a fun day...gets tiring having to wade through mountains of leaves on every shot to find our balls.....PICK UP THE DARN LEAVES...i was very close to walking into the pro shop after the round and walking out with a sleeve of balls...if you are going to charge people $$ to come play your course then you darn well better pay some workers to pick up the leaves...not happy after my last visit. November 13, 2012
Tough layout, a risk versus reward course. Lots of hills and tight tree lined fairways, being long on this course isn't an advantage. The 17th hole is one of the toughest holes around to acheive par or better I've played. October 22, 2012
Great value for money course. For the time of the year with the challenge of many leaves and some waterlogged areas the course was in great shape. Some of the fairways definately need some work but the greens were in great shape albeit difficult. Staff were very friendly from the club house to the marshals. Would play there again without hesitation. October 22, 2012
City owned course. Always in great condition. Interesting layout. The greens are very challenging and quick. The holes are well laid out. There are some devilish holes., a 90 yard 3 par with a slick sloping green, the 2nd hole has an impossible green to hit close to the pin, the signature double dog 17th hole. October 10, 2012
Good course....Really? It's a Municipal??? Had a great time playing Tyandaga. Fun course...with a few twists and turns to keep everyone guessing. Be prepared though...the greens were ferocious... Since it is a city course...you get all types teeing off...we had 4 guys in front of us in jeans....one was wearing a construction orange vest....at least we know when they were off the green! The picturesque mature views easily make up for it... All in all, for $40...you really can't go wrong... October 9, 2012
Needs work and Better Management I would not reccomend this course to anybody. The greens are in very hard shape and need alot of work. The positives of the course include nice lake views but the course is surrounded by housing and just doesn't have a good nature feel. The course marshall paces the course poorly and the pace is painfully slow. Burlington has so many great golf courses and your money is certainly better spent somewhere else. I would reccomend playing at Indian Wells instead, much better course and pretty much the same price. I had an awful exprience at this course and simply wouldn't reccomend it to anybody or every play here again. October 9, 2012
Nice views Tee boxes need attention. Slow pace of play. Poor layout October 4, 2012
Walking on this course is not recommended, there are holes where you're hitting blind on the fairway and the green The setup of the course is kinda weird , there are holes with wide fairways and then some looks like they've been squeezed to make it 18 holes. September 25, 2012
Good value for $'s considering it's a Muni I don't think there are many places on this course where you won't have a hilly lie. Lots of position play. The conditions were moderately good and the buildings are confusing and in need of an update. All in all, I enjoyed the round and would probably go back for another. September 25, 2012
wear a helmut location good, decent price some very nice holes. course in good shape -big issue is the front 9 - you have to wear a helmet- holes are all crossing- everybody is yelling "fore" very bad layout - don't know what the designer was thinking. this is what kills this course. September 22, 2012
Not in good condition. Not worth the price. Save your money. The city course is not in good condition, i call it the clay pit. September 22, 2012
