View Tee Times

Built on 150 acres of hilly farmland near Zanesville Ohio, the Eagle Sticks golf course has rolling fairways, undulating greens and constant elevation changes. Numerous gorgeous waterfalls, and pristine woodlands of oak, maple, ash, locust, walnut and cherry trees add to its intrinsic beauty.

Dr. Michael Hurdzan, one of Ohio's most renowned architects, created a design that includes plush, bentgrass fairways and greens, protected by a total of 90 sand bunkers. Multiple teeing areas and larger putting greens ensure that the course is playable for all.

Challenging and compact at 6,500 yards from the blues, Eaglesticks is a course that clearly favors accuracy over power. With more than 100 feet of elevation change, most tee boxes are located on the highest ground, so you'll be treated to panoramic views on most holes before hitting down to the fairways.

A good time was had by all Very hard, fast greens. Our group all agreed we would like to return and play this course again. September 22, 2014
Really like the course. Good value for the money. Was disappointed that the sand traps had no sand. Hard pack only. Possibly due to the time of year? Did not play the course earlier in the year. September 18, 2014
nice layout Tee boxes were a little rough.Sand traps are lacking sand, mostly dirt.Greens tend to look spiked up but still roll fast and true.Nice club house.Oh,and obey the cart rules. They tend to get a little grumpy about that. September 15, 2014
A public course with a private feel Beautiful course. Biggest challenge is putting the very quick undulated greens. Some holes seem very short but don't get too comfortable, no two holes are alike and they did a very good job of mixing tough holes into the layout. September 15, 2014
Nice Track Enjoyed playing there. Nice layout and very fair challenging set up. September 9, 2014
Not the same course This place was a very nice course in the past. It has been about 4 to 5 years since I had played there. I was disappointed with the conditions of the fairways, tee boxes, and some of the greens had rough spots. Crab grass has over taken a big amount of this course. The fairways were in very rough shape also. Not worth the $46.00 they charge on a weekday. Maybe that's why our pace of play was amazing. The parking lot was empty. Not sure I will make the long journey back. September 9, 2014
Nice and very scenic layout, challenging course Enjoyed the layout. Shorter holes have you thinking birdie/par but require quality shots to score. Longer holes will test your driver and long clubs in the bag. Par 5s require layup shots if you're not a long player. #18 is a great finishing hole. Probably one of the better finishing holes anywhere. Enjoyed the course. Staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Put this on your list of courses to play and soon. September 2, 2014
Better in the spring Love the course, but the fairways and tee boxes had a lot of burnt out patches, could use a little more water or something. Usually play in the spring and the course always seems to be in great shape then. August 17, 2014
