The Beckett Ridge championship golf course was laid out in 1975 by famed architect Jack Kidwell, who designed and renovated more than 100 courses in Ohio as well creating courses in Florida, Indiana and Kentucky.

The Course has always been top-ranked in Southwest Ohio, known for its well-groomed fairways and greens. But it's also popular because it has five par-5s and five par-3s.

In designing the 6,857-yard course, Kidwell made excellent use of the rolling terrain with some of the finest views that you can see for miles around. You'll find meandering streams and mature trees that provide deep green shade in summer and blazing reds and golds in the fall. Four sets of tees are available to challenge all levels of golfers and strategy will play an important role in your round.

Nice open course. Tee Boxes scarred up. Looks like from a lot of play. Fairways and greens in excellent shape. No one working concessions/bar at turn. Would have likeda hot dog. August 27, 2014
Great Course First time playing this course. Was on a trip visiting a golfing buddy. Great course for the money $20 on GolfNow including cart. August 25, 2014
Nice experience, top notch course Great conditions from fairways to greens. Sand traps were manicured. Views were great and pace was brisk. August 12, 2014
Tough Course in Pretty Good Condition Very tough course if you're not fairly straight off the tee. Trees are very thick so if you're not straight off the tee on most holes it's very hard to shoot bogey or better on the par 4s and par 5s. Long par 3s, more par 5s than a typical course, a lot of hills and the greens are fast with a lot of slope. I thought the course itself was in good condition, there's a couple tee boxes that were a littlye rough but fairways and greens were solid. The cart paths though were not good, potholes and torn up pavement everywhere. August 9, 2014
Great Nicholas design Great pace of play and above average greens. Fairways not as Perfect as years past. Great value for the money. August 7, 2014
Weird The staff was very protective of their league and wouldn't allow us to make turn before league. Also food was over priced. Course was in good condition and greens were great. August 7, 2014
great course course in excellent condition and not crowded during week. recommend playing here. August 2, 2014
Tired Queen I'm sure this was a beautiful country club at one time but now she's just a tired old queen. Everything is in disrepair or broken. Tee boxes probably should be changed more than monthly and greens look moth-eaten. Do Ohio golfers even know how to fix a divot? It's a shame to see what was obviously a small piece of paradise fall into this sad state. Had to start off 10th, which annoys me every time. We were stacked up 4 groups deep on the 1st (10th) tee to start even though we had a tee time. People were apparently just showing up to play and the guy in the golf shop was just sending them off. No starter and certainly no rangers on the course so carts were everywhere imaginable. Too many other fun courses in the area to play for the same money that are a way better value. July 31, 2014
