Times Change Not what it used to be. Very evident that they are not putting any money into course. Traps un-raked, water and grass clippings in fairways. Bridge out for what looks to have been all season. Nice track, bad up keep. July 21, 2015
Beautiful Course but a bit confusing Tanglewood is an extremely beautiful course right off a lake that plays into effect on some holes. Fun to play as well. The only issue was the cart paths and tees. The cart paths all connect at many different spots and there are no signs on the tee box's for which hole you are on so at sometimes it's confusing if you are even teeing off on the right hole. Other than that confusion it was a great time and I will most likely play there again. July 7, 2015
First time playing Came in on a Wednesday mid-day. Nice course and well maintained generally. Lots of rain recently so there was some pretty substantial flooding in places. Overall, nice course with some challenges here and there. The front desk guy could've been a little more friendly, but other than him it was a good experience. June 18, 2015
Par 3 dilemma Par 3's on front are difficult and seem to be the primary reason for backup. 5 groups deep on #7 when we played. Long delays ruin your tempo and make your round less enjoyable. June 8, 2015
Tanglewood Course has it all. Elevation changes, Fast greens and wonderful views. You will need to bring all your club , because you will use every one. June 8, 2015
Way Overrated 1. Holes aren't marked the plates in the ground are cover up with grass cannot see them. 2. Sand traps with no sand rocks the size of buckets in traps 3. No drinking water, 4. no water in the ball washers. 5. This course seen better days it is obvious the money they are making is not goining back in the course and the owners just don't care, it is a shame was a great course at one time. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! Great course. Friendly staff What an awesome layout. We were pleasantly surprised at what a gem this course is. Fantastic rolling elevation changes and great greens. The traps were a little rocky but everything else was great. My only negative comment would be that there is no layout map on the card and no signs on the teeboxes. Tough for a first time player. A simple map with the scorecard would be a big help. I highly recommend this course and plan to play here again very soon. May 24, 2015
Tanglewood The course was absolutely fantastic. The was some construction off the tee at the 1st but shouldn't be in play (as long as you dont have a major hook). The weather was terrible the day we went (on and off rain all day) but the course (especially the greens) stayed in surprisingly good shape. We played here on a hot deal and would gladly pay again at regular rates A+ for the staff, facilities, and course May 22, 2014
